Fossil Q Marshal & Q Wander, Up For Pre-Order On Flipkart

Over the past few years, more and more watchmakers have entered into the smartwatch market and one of those companies happen to be Fossil. Fossil announced two new Android Wear smartwatches, the Q Wander and the Q Marshal back in March of this year and both have since been put on shelves in the US. However, both smartwatches have now made their way to the shores of India, where they can be pre-ordered from e-commerce site, Flipkart.

The Q Marshal is aimed towards men, while the Q Wander is more for women, and both smartwatches come with a circular dial which measures at 45 mm in diameter. Both smartwatches happen to come with very similar specs, such as sporting a 1.4-inch LED touch display. Under the hood, both smartwatches are powered by a Snapdragon 2100 System-on-Chip, and are backed by 512 MB of RAM, as well as 4 GB of internal storage which cannot be expanded. They are also IP67 certified, boasting water and dust resistance. Keeping the lights on is a 360 mAh battery which comes with support for wireless charging and takes 120 minutes to be fully juiced up. Connectivity options which can be found on these smartwatches are, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, and Bluetooth 4.1, as well as various sensors such as  G-Sensor, gyroscope and a compass. The smartwatches can also be customized, with interchangeable straps and various watch face designs. Do take note that the Q Marshal and Q Wander will only work on Android devices running Android 4.3 and above.

As for the pricing of both smartwatches, the Q Marshal is priced at Rs. 21,995 ($328) for all three color variants, which are Silver, Black and Dark Brown. On the other hand, the Fossil Q Wander is priced at Rs. 21,995 ($328) for the steel and light brown variant while the Rose Gold variant is priced at Rs. 22,995 ($343). If you do purchase one, your Fossil smartwatch will be eligible for 2 years of warranty. At the moment, both smartwatches are listed for pre-order and are slated to be released on October 8.
