Top 10: Best Deals from the Past Week - Aug. 20th, 2016

Every day, we post the best sales and deals from around the internet for our readers. These range from smartphones to tablets, to smartwatches and just about anything else that can be found in the mobile world. Some of these deals are actually still available, and these are the top 10 best deals from the last seven days.

Google Nexus 5X, 32GB

The Nexus 5X is almost a year old now, and we're likely going to see its predecessor in the next few weeks, but that doesn't mean it's a bad phone to pick up. The Nexus 5X is still a fantastic smartphone to grab, and with the 32GB model coming in at $239, it's hard to pass up right now. Remember that the Nexus 5X works with AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint, Verizon and of course Project Fi.

Amazon Fire Kids Edition Tablet

If you're wanting to get a tablet for your kids, then the Amazon Fire Kids Edition Tablet is definitely one to take a look at. Amazon has put a pretty neat case on this tablet, which includes bumpers in the corners. This is to ensure that when your kid drops the tablet (or maybe you), the tablet doesn't break. And it's just $79.99 right now.

Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge

While the Galaxy Note 7 did just launch yesterday, it is still fairly similar to the Galaxy S7 Edge. With the biggest differences being the S Pen and iris scanner. But the Galaxy S7 Edge is a bit cheaper right now. This unlocked model is sitting on eBay for just $569, which is a fairly decent price, actually, and the lowest we've seen for the Galaxy S7 Edge so far.

Amazon Fire HD 6

Amazon has another one of their tablets on sale right now. This is their 6-inch tablet with 8GB of storage - there is a micro SD card slot included here - and it's coming in at just $69.99. Sure it's not as high-end as the Galaxy Tab S2 from Samsung or any of the other flagship tablets out there right now, but it is also a fraction of the price.

Samsung Gear S2 Classic (3G/4G)

The Samsung Gear S2 Classic is probably the best smartwatch that's available right now. And this one is even better, since it doe shave a mobile connection. Allowing you to leave your smartphone at home, while you go out on a run or go run a few errands. Put this onto your wireless account and it'll share the same phone number as your smartphone, so you can take calls from your wrist.

Sony Extra Bass Bluetooth Headphones

Sony is known for their music, and that comes to headphones as well. These are their Extra Bass Bluetooth Headphones, which typically run for about $128 at most places, but eBay has it for $98 right now. Making it a pretty great deal for a great pair of headphones that are also very comfortable to wear.

LG G4

The LG G4 may be last year's flagship from LG, but that doesn't mean it's a terrible smartphone to pick up. Especially with it costing just $168 right now over on eBay. This LG G4 is a T-Mobile model, but it is unlocked. This means that you'll be able to take it to AT&T as well as other GSM carriers around the world.

Amazon Tap

If you've wanted to give Alexa a try, but didn't want to spend a ton on the Amazon Echo, then you'll want to take a look at the Amazon Tap. It's also on sale right now. The Amazon Tap is a more portable version of the Amazon Echo, which typically goes for $129. But right now it's available for just $115, making it a great price, and the only price drop its seen since launch.

Garmin Vivosmart HR

Looking for a fitness tracker? Look no further than the Garmin Vivosmart HR. It's Garmin's latest fitness tracker which does include a heart rate monitor, as the name implies. Additionally, it's on sale right now for just $99. Thats about a third off of the regular price of $149.

Sony Xperia C5 Ultra

Need a new smartphone? Not wanting to pay an arm and a leg for one? Check out the Xperia C5 Ultra. It sports a large 6-inch HD display, remember that this doesn't sport high-end specs like the Galaxy Note 7, LG G5 or HTC 10 would. But it does offer a great value for just $189.
