LeEco Unveils Super3 X55, X65 And Max65 Smart TVs In India

LeEco is, much like Xiaomi, a China-based company which tends to release all sorts of tech gadgets. LeEco had started selling smartphone back in April last year, and until today, they've introduced quite a few handsets, along with some smart TVs and some other devices. LeEco was expected to introduce their next-gen smart TVs one of these days, and the company actually just did that in India. So, let's see what LeEco has to offer this time around, shall we.

The company has introduced a total of three new smart TVs, LeEco Super3 X55, Super3 X65 and Super3 Max65. As a reminder, this company had introduced two curved-display smart TVs back in March, the LeEco Super Max55 Curved and Max65 Curved TVs. That being said, let's see what the company has to offer now. The LeEco Super3 X55 is the smallest of the three TVs the company has released. This smart TV sports a 55-inch 4K (3840 x 2160) panel, along with 2GB of DDR3 RAM and 46GB of eMMC 5.0 internal storage. The device is fueled by the Mstar 6A928 quad-core SoC running at 1.7GHz, and the Mali-T760 MP4 GPU is also included in this package. Android 5.0 Lollipop comes pre-installed on this TV, and LeEco's EUI 5.5 TV UI comes on top of it. There are three HDMI 2.0 ports included here, 2 USB 3.0 ports and 1 USB 2.0 port, plus the SD card slot, VGA input and Ethernet, while the TV also comes with WiFi 802.11ac. 20W (10W x 2) sound output is also included here, and the TV is equipped with Dolby Audio.

The LeEco Super3 X65 comes with a 64.53-inch 4K (3840 x 2160) display, and it is fueled by the same SoC that can be found in the Super3 X55, but unlike its smaller sibling, the Super3 X65 comes with 3GB pf DDR3 RAM, while the storage remains unchanged. Android 5.0 Lollipop with EUI 5.5 TV is also available here, and the sound hardware (and software) is the same as on the Super3 X55, while the larger model comes with the exact same ports. The LeEco Super3 Max65 is the last device on this list, and also the most powerful one. The 64.53-inch 4K 3D panel can be found up front, while the device comes with 3GB of DDR3 RAM, 46GB of storage and the same SoC as the other two models. Software offering also remains unchanged here, and the same set of ports are included here as on the other two smart TVs LeEco introduced today. Now, as far as sound output is concerned, the Super3 Max65 is equipped with a 2.1 channel 40W (10W x 2+20Wx 1 Woofer) stereo sound, 4th-gen Magic Sound System, Dolby Audio and DTS Premium Sound.

The LeEco Super3 X55 is priced at Rs. 59.790 ($893), the Super3 X65 will be available for Rs. 99,970 ($1,490), while the Super3 Max65 3D TV costs Rs. 149,790 ($2,237). Consumers in India will be able to purchase these TVs starting on August 10th, and will be available from LeMall and Flipkart. It is also worth mentioning that all three of these TVs come with a 2-year warranty and a 4-year panel warranty.
