Deal: Acer Chromebook 15 with 4GB RAM $229 - 8/11/16

If you are in the market for a new Chromebook, then as luck would have it now is a great time to buy one. Besides the actual massive increase in variance of Chromebook options that are now available, Chromebooks are also now starting to see their support for Android apps become more widespread. While still in the early stages of rolling out, the support for Android apps on Chromebooks is just another example of the type of value that is on offer with a device which looks to provide a typical laptop experience, but at a much reduced cost.

One of the most popular Chromebooks options over the last year has been the Acer Chromebook 15. Its big selling point is that it comes loaded with a 15.6-inch display, which makes it one of the largest Chromebook displays on the market. However, it is also no slouch in the specs department with a number of different spec options available to choose from. If you are after a deal, then it is definitely worth checking out the 4GB RAM version which comes with 16GB internal storage and is powered by a 1.5 GHz dual-core Intel Celeron (3205U) processor. This model does come with a $299.99 retail price and can be currently picked up from places like the Google Store for about $279.99. However, Amazon currently has this model priced at only $229. Which is a nice and low price for a Chromebook which comes with a big display and 4GB RAM.
