Prime Day 2016: Google OnHub Router for $129 - 7/12/16

If you've had your eye on Google's OnHub router, but didn't want to pay $199 to pick one up, well now is the time to jump at it. As part of the Amazon Prime Day happening today, the ASUS variant is currently on sale for just $129.99. That's $70 off of the regular price. Unfortunately, the TP-Link version is out of stock, and thus not part of the Amazon Prime Day sale. Since this is part of Prime Day, you do need to subscribe to Amazon Prime to get this price. However, if you are not an Amazon Prime member, you can easily sign up for a 30-day trial of Amazon Prime and take advantage of the many Amazon Prime Day sales going on today.

The Google OnHub router is one of the most powerful routers around. Google made it specifically - with ASUS of course - to work with having multiple devices connected. Allowing smart home devices like the Nest Learning Thermostat, to use less bandwidth than your laptop or smartphone. Speaking of smartphones, there is an OnHub app in the Google Play Store which you can use to control the router. This includes creating a guest network, prioritizing devices over others, and much more. This price is only valid today, and will end at midnight PDT - or when the stock runs out. At the time of writing this, the Google OnHub router was only 19% claimed.
