Experience the OnePlus 3 at Pop-Up Events on June 15th

Last year, OnePlus decided to hold a few pop-up events in different cities around the world where users could get their hands on the OnePlus 2 and see what it is all about before they buy it. The company just announced a similar plan following the OnePlus 3 announcement on June 14th. The company will be heading to 7 cities (dates, times and locations have not been announced for Mumbai, New Delhi, and Bangalore). On June 15th, OnePlus will be in New York, Paris, London, and Berlin. All of the details are at the source link below.

These pop-up events will allow customers to come and check out the OnePlus 3 first-hand, but you'll also be able to purchase the new smartphone, and get some exclusive swag from OnePlus. The company urges everyone that is in the area of these pop-up events to come on out and check out their new smartphone. There's no signing up necessary, and everyone is welcome to stop by.

The OnePlus 3 is going to be announced on June 14th, and the company is doing it in a virtual reality setting once again. However they are taking things a step further and allowing you to purchase the new device in virtual reality, which is something we haven't seen before. The OnePlus 3's specs aren't actually confirmed just yet, but it looks like they are sticking with a 5.5-inch 1080p display, along with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor powering it. We also have four variants this time around. Two of which sport 4GB of RAM, further broken down with 32GB of storage and 64GB of storage for each variant. The other two sport 6GB of RAM, with 32GB or 64GB of storage as well. The leaked pricing stated that the OnePlus 3 would start as low as $349, making it a pretty attractive smartphone to pick up, especially seeing as the invite system is gone this year.

We'll find out all of the details on the OnePlus 3 when the device goes official on June 14th. It may not be getting as much hype as the previous two flagships got, but the fact that there's no invite system this year should really help them sell more than they did in the previous two years.
