Buy An Xperia X Performance At Rogers & Get Free Headphones

If you are looking to purchase a new Sony Xperia X Performance smartphone, the timing could not be any better if you are on the Rogers’ network or thinking of switching. Although the Xperia X Performance is currently available on Bell, Rogers will only allow you to pre-order for a July 14 delivery. Many customers went to Rogers’ website to order their Xperia X Performance, but get an “out of stock” label – Rogers has said that this glitch is now fixed. The Xperia X Performance comes in at $199.99 on select two-year plans or $699.99 on a no-term. As a teaser – or possibly to entice buyers to stay with Rogers, they are giving away a free Sony headset, which is valued at $399 – not a bad deal at all if you can wait until July 14 for your Xperia X Performance.

The top-of-the-line Sony Xperia X Performance is designed for comfort and impressive looks. It features rounded glass edges and a seamless brushed metal backing with a 5-inch size that is easy to carry and hold. It sports a 5-inch IPS LCD Full HD display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and 441 pixels-per-inch (PPI.) The brains for this new Xperia X Performance is the newest 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 quad-core processor with dual cores clocked at 1.6 GHz and dual cores clocked at 2.15 GHz. It is hooked up to an Adreno 530 GPU for intense graphics. It is packing 3GB of the faster DDR4 RAM and 32GB of internal memory that is expandable via a microSD card.

It packs a large 23-megapixel primary camera with a f/2.0 aperture, Phase Detection Autofocus (PDAF), and LED Flash. The front-facing camera (FFC) is a 13-megapixel camera with f/2.0 and HDR. A non-removable 2,700 mAh battery powers the device and uses Quick Charge 2.0 for rapid charging. It has a fingerprint sensor for unlocking the device and authorizing Android Pay mobile payments – thanks to Marshmallow. The Xperia X Performance has Hi-Res audio and dual front-facing stereo speakers. It has all of the usual suspects – WiFi, Bluetooth v4.2, GPS, NFC, and a microUSB 2.0 port for charging and data transfer. It measures 143.7 x 70.4 x 8.7 mm and weighs in at 164.4 grams. It is available in White or Graphite Black in Canada.
