ZTE Announces 'Z-Community' for Discussing their Products

On top of announcing the new Axon 7 this morning, ZTE is also announcing the launch of the Z-Community. According to ZTE, this is essentially a forum where you can discuss your ZTE smartphone or phablet. Whether that be issues with the device, questions about a device you're looking to buy in the near future, or questions about ZTE as a whole. Additionally, they aren't limiting this forum to just ZTE devices (although they can only offer help with ZTE products). ZTE is also going to be offering some beta testing opportunities to their customers as part of this Z-Community. ZTE is also including a blog with this new community, where members will be able to share their perspective on industry trends, as well as sharing your experience with the latest gadgets.

To kick off the new forums, ZTE is offering a few prizes for the most active members in the Z-Community. Between now and June 5th, as long as you are consistently active, you may win a brand new ZTE Axon 7 which they announced this morning. Additionally, the company is giving away 50 Bluetooth speakers at random, through June 5th. They note in their press release that their forum moderation team will periodically draw the winners from a pool of the most active and engaged winners. The winners of these Bluetooth speakers will be announced on Z-Community.

This new community is going to be a great resource for those that own a ZTE device. Being able to give the company feedback on their devices directly is always a big deal. This is something that Xiaomi has done with their own MIUI forums. In fact, many of the features that come to MIUI are ideas from their customers on that forum. ZTE is looking to do, essentially, the same thing with the Z-Community. With ZTE being the fourth largest mobile phone supplier in the US, there's bound to be plenty of members on this forum to help others out with any issues they may have. ZTE has also put together some 'Getting Started' material to help all of those that may be new to using a ZTE smartphone.
