Sharp is a Japan-based company which has been acquired by Foxconn in a deal worth $3.5 billion. Sharp is a very well-known company in Japan, and chances are you've heard of them no matter where you live. They're involved in a number of different sectors of the tech world, Sharp manufactures smartphone displays, smartphones, and even some out of the box products, like the RoboHon robot they've introduced last month. That being said, Sharp hasn't released a smartphone in quite some time now, but it seems like they will soon.
The Sharp Aquos Zeta SH-04H has surfaced online, and quite a few details popped up along with it. This will be Sharp's new flagship it seems, and it will sport really powerful specs. The Aquos Zeta SH-04H will feature a 5.3-inch fullHD (1920 x 1080) IGZO 2.5D curved glass display with Corning's Gorilla Glass 4 on top of it. The device will be fueled by the Snapdragon 820 64-bit quad-core SoC, and an Adreno 530 GPU. Now, things get really interesting in the camera department. According to the leaked info, the device will sport a 22.6-megapixel rear-facing camera (f/1.9 aperture) with Ricoh GR lens certification, which will be able to focus in just 0.4 seconds. This camera will not only be able to shoot 4K videos at 240 FPS, but also time lapses at 120 FPS. On top of all this, you'll also get OIS (Optical Image Stabilization) and the ability to shoot real-time HDR. The 5-megapixel wide-angle snapper will be available on the front side of this phone, and the phone will be water and dust proof it seems. The Aquos Zeta SH-04H will be only 7.6mm thick, and will pack in a 3,000mAh battery which should be more than powerful enough to get you through the day. Android 6.0 Marshmallow will come pre-installed here, and you'll be able to find Sharp's AI emopa 4.0 UI on top of it, which will pack in quite a few fitness-oriented features. This device will weight 155 grams according to the leaked info.
