Although there are no details as of yet for the Moto G4 and the Moto G4 Plus in regards to U.S. availability and pricing, Motorola has officially announced a number of device details for the market in India as of earlier this morning, and this is following a new set of leaked Moto G4 images which popped up on the web prior to the official announcement. Now, Motorola has posted a new video up to their Motorola Mobility YouTube page which takes users through the Moto G4 family experience as a sort of video exhibit in which Motorola shows off the new devices and talks about some of the features that they offer.
In total, there are three new devices that are part of the Moto G family, which includes the Moto G4, the Moto G4 Plus, and the Moto G4 Play. The Moto G4 exhibit was set up by Motorola in Sau Paulo, Brazil to showcase these new devices, and throughout the video, a Motorola tour guide explains the various different key points about each phone including features like Quick Capture, phase detection autofocus, and hardware specifications like 2GB of RAM and wide angle lens setup.
Other points of interest are put under the spotlight such as Moto Maker for the customization of the device, the front facing camera quality for awesome selfies, and a host of manual camera features in the Moto G4 Plus specifically which Motorola is calling "Professional Mode" where you can modify things like ISO as well as shutter speed. With the Moto G4 Plus it's obvious that Motorola is focusing heavily on the camera quality and its features, and that's made pretty clear in the video. Motorola also touches on things like the fingerprint sensor that is now available on the front of the device, noting that it can be used for things like unlocking the phone as well as authorizing purchases on Google Play once it's been configured. While the specs have pretty much been covered with the announcement that went out earlier this morning, the six and a half minute video gives a nice overview of all three devices with the main features.
