Motorola Reduces Moto X Pure Edition By $100 For Mother’s Day

Whenever a holiday or special occasion of any sort rolls around, you can normally find yourself a deal or two to take advantage of. With Mother’s Day just around the corner, this special occasion for mom is no different. As early as last Friday, T-Mobile announced a number of Mother's Day deals while earlier today, the uncarrier also announced that starting from May 4, if you pick up a new LG smartphone (LG G5, G4 or V10), you and also grab a free tablet as well. Next to throw out an offer for mom is Motorola and this time it is for the unlocked Moto X Pure Edition.

If you (or your mom) is looking for a new smartphone then Motorola is looking to make the decision-process a slightly easier one by offering a straight discount on units purchased. In short, you can save $100 when purchasing the latest Moto X handset directly from Motorola. Not to mention, it seems it does not matter which storage variant you opt for. So if you go for the 16GB model, then you are looking at $299.99 (down from $399.99). While the 32GB model will set you back $349.99 and the 64GB model will cost $399.99. Again, both prices representative of a saving of $100 compared to the usual price for those storage options.

It is worth pointing out again, that these are unlocked handsets and the other benefit of taking advantage of this offer, is that you can use Moto Maker to further customize the handset and find a look or design which is best suited to mom’s (or your) tastes. In fact, you could also consider engraving the handset during the customization process to really mark the occasion. Although, do keep in mind that customization options will affect the price. For those interested, the deal is live now and will run through until May 9, basically, the day after Mother’s Day. Although, if you are hoping for deliver in time for the big day, you might want to consider taking up the offer earlier rather than later.
