Smartwatches seem to be the big area that everyone is moving too, with the smartphone industry hitting a plateau as of late. Jarv has also launched their own smartwatch, but this one is a bit different from what you would get from Android Wear or even the Apple Watch. For one, this is water-resistant - although most smartwatches are somewhat water-resistant too - but it also has more of a focus on fitness. It will sync with your smartphone (Android and iOS) using the I-Got U app. This tracks your activity which includes your steps, calories burned, sleep and so much more. But since this is a smartwatch, you also get notifications for incoming calls and text messages.
One thing that this watch has over many of its competitors, is the fact that the screen can be seen in darkness and direct sunlight. While seeing in the dark isn't usually an issue, direct sunlight is. Battery life is something it has over its competitors as well. Jarv is mentioning 10 days of battery life, and it takes just two hours to charge the smartwatch. You can also use this smartwatch to create an alarm, which will vibrate on your arm. It's a much nicer way to wake up in the morning. The Jarv Advantage Water-Resistant Smartwatch is available from the Android Headlines store for just $69.99.
