Vivo has been quite busy as far as smartphone launches go. This China-based company has introduced the world's first 6GB RAM smartphone quite recently, the Vivo Xplay 5. That's not all though, the company has also rolled out the Vivo X6S and X6S Plus handsets just a couple of days ago. That being said, Vivo did tease the V3 and V3 Max handsets in India for the last couple of weeks, and the company has finally unveiled these two phones, read on.
The Vivo V3 and V3 Max have been announced during the company's press event in Mumbai, and both of them are made out of metal. These two devices can be considered Vivo's mid-range offerings, even though the V3 Max offers 4GB of RAM on the inside. Anyhow. Let's see what they have to offer in terms of specs, shall we. The Vivo V3 sports a 5-inch 720p (1280 x 720) display, along with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of expandable internal storage. This handset si fueled by the Snapdragon 616 64-bit octa-core processor, and a 2,550mAh battery is also a part of this package. The device sports a 13-megapixel snapper on the back, and an 8-megapixel shooter up front.
The Vivo V3 Max, on the other hand, comes sporting a 5.5-inch 1080p (1920 x 1080) 2.5D curved panel, 4GB of RAM and 32GB of expandable storage. The phone is fueled by the Snapdragon 652 64-bit octa-core SoC, along with the Adreno 510 GPU. The 13-megapixel camera is available on its back, and an 8-megapixel shooter can be found up front. The 3,000mAh battery is included on the inside, and it offers Fast Charging. The Vivo V3 Max comes with a fingerprint scanner, and both of these phones offer two SIM card slots, and ship with Android 5.1 Lollipop with Vivo's FunTouch 2.5 OS on top of it.

The company has announced that an Indian actor, Raveer Singh, will be the Vivo V3 and V3 Max ambassador in the country. That being said, the Vivo V3 is priced at Rs. 17,980, while the V3 Max costs Rs. 23,980 in India.
