Featured: Top 10 Smartphone Accessories - April 2016

These days, accessories for your smartphone include all sorts of things. From VR readers, 360-degree cameras, smartwatches, and so much more. Each month we put together a list of 10 accessories that are worth checking out, and picking up for your new smartphone. With the LG G5 coming out recently, there's definitely plenty of new accessories to pick up.

PNY 128GB Micro SD

The Samsung Galaxy S7, Galaxy S7 Edge and LG G5 all support microSD card slots, and are all available right now. And this 128GB microSD card from PNY is definitely a good one to pick up from Amazon right now. While these three devices don't support adopted storage in Marshmallow, these SD cards can still be used for storing music, pictures and such.

D-Link WiFi-Enabled Security Camera

Internet of Things has really started to catch on as of late, and there are all sorts of cameras out there that you can use with your phone to monitor your home, or office as well as the surroundings of either place. This D-Link WiFi-Enabled Security camera can do just that. This particular model doesn't work real well at night, so it would be better indoors. But there are other models that work great outside at night.

Amazon Tap

This is Amazon's newest Bluetooth Speaker, it's a smaller version of the Echo and is also more portable. There's a built-in battery so you don't need to keep it plugged in all day. Additionally it does still have Alexa functionality, but you do need to press the button to begin using Alexa. The Amazon Tap is also about half the price of the Amazon Echo, so definitely worth checking out.

iRobot Roomba 980

Because who has time to physically vacuum their home? The Roomba 980 is a vacuum from iRobot that will automatically keep your home nice and clean. Using the app that is available for both Android and iOS, the Roomba 980 can be scheduled to clean at certain times, and be called out to clean up a mess that your kids made, in a jiffy.

DJI Phantom 3

Everyone should have a drone. They are so much fun to fly around, and if you get a drone with a camera (and a good camera at that) you can get some amazing aerials. The DJI Phantom 3 is one of the best on the market. Its successor, the Phantom 4 is due to come out any day now. The DJI Phantom 3 is available with a 2.7K HD video camera, and there's another model with the 4K camera, both are linked below.

Symphonized Wraith Wood Headphones

You've gotta admit, headphones that are made of wood look pretty darn good. This pair of headphones here are great looking headphones, and on top of that, they sound pretty good as well. There is a built-in microphone here so you are able to take phone calls with the headset without any problems. Not to mention the three-button layout for skipping songs, going back as well as play/pause.

Wooden Omega Headphones Stand

Sticking with the "Wood" trend here, we have a Wooden Omega Headphones Stand here which would look pretty slick on your desk holding a pair of headphones. Whether they are the pair from Symphonized above, or another pair, it'll still look fantastic. There's not much to it, but just looks.

RAVPower 20100mAh Portable Charger

This battery pack or portable charger as some call it, from RAVpower is pretty special. Not just because it has a ton of juice, rated at 20,100mAh. But because it has a USB Type-C port as well. Making for a great addition to those that have the Nexus 6P, Nexus 5X or even the new LG G5. All of which use USB Type-C to charge.

Aukey 2-Port Quick Charge 3.0 Wall Charger

Want a wall charger that supports Quick Charge 3.0 so you can take full advantage of your new LG G5 (unfortunately the Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge don't support Quick Charge 3.0, just Quick Charge 2.0)? Then check out this dual-port wall charger from Aukey. Both ports output Quick Charge 3.0 speeds of 3A. Meaning you can charge your LG G5 from 0-100% in just over an hour. Pretty astonishing, right?

Anker PowerDrive+ Car Charger

How about a car charger that does Quick Charge 3.0? Anker has you covered here. Their PowerDrive+ is a dual-port car charger and both ports are capable of Quick Charge 3.0. Currently there are only two devices available with Quick Charge 3.0 (LG G5 and HTC One A9) but we should see plenty more real soon.
