Another Huawei P9 Lite Listing Pops Up, This Time In Romania

Huawei, the third largest smartphone manufacturer in the world, has introduced two new flagships quite recently, the Huawei P9 and P9 Plus. These two smartphones are made out of metal, and are quite similar. Both sport premium specs, and are aiming to help Huawei to hit 140 million smartphone sales this year. That being said, the Huawei P9 Max has been spotted on GFXBench, and P9 Lite has not only surfaced on a Dutch site a while back, but its allegedly official document leaked and spoiled the fun for everyone by sharing its design and specifications.

It was quite surprising Huawei did not announce the P9 Lite and P9 Max along with the Huawei P9, but it seems like 4 phones would be too much for one event, so Huawei decided to split the announcement. It is highly likely that the P9 Lite and P9 Max will be introduced on the same day, though we still don’t know when. That being said, a new P9 Lite listing has surfaced, it seems like the device is already available for purchase from a Romanian retailer. The site is selling the Huawei P9 Lite already, and they claim it is in stock. The retailer offers Black, White and Gold color variants of this device, and they’re priced at 1,209 Romanian Leu ($304).

Now, as far as specs go, the confirms the info that leaked yesterday, though only the 16GB variant seems to be available at the site. The Huawei P9 Lite features a 5.2-inch fullHD (1920 x 1080) display, along with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of expandable internal storage. The device is fueled by the Kirin 650 64-bit octa-core processor, and a 3,000mAh battery is also available here, and it is not removable. The device is made out of metal, just like its siblings, and it features a 13-megapixel camera on the back. The 5-megapixel selfie shooter is also a part of this package, and Android 6.0 Marshmallow comes pre-installed here with Huawei’s Emotion UI available on top of it. There are two SIM card slots available here, and 4G LTE connectivity is also included, as well as a rear-facing fingerprint scanner. Huawei is expected to officially introduce the P9 Lite soon, so stay tuned.

UPDATE: It seems like the listing has been removed.
