Meizu PRO 6 has been all over the news lately. This is the company's upcoming flagship, and even though it probably won't arrive until Q3 this year, various rumors and leaks already surfaced. The company's executives were also quite active as far as PRO 6 promotion goes, they've already confirmed that the device will ship with a fullHD display which will be pressure sensitive, and they've even confirmed that it will be fueled by MediaTek's Helio X25 64-bit deca-core processor which was announced recently.
That being said, the company's Vice President, Li Nan, shared some interesting images yesterday. He basically refuted the latest iPhone 7 leaks by stating that the leaked material belongs to Meizu. The handset shown off in those partial images was Meizu PRO 6, and it seems like it will have a rather interesting antenna placement. Well, it didn't take long for additional images to surface, as we do have a number of additional shots to share with you now. If you take a look at the gallery down below, you'll get to see the alleged Meizu PRO 6. The images do show us the whole back of the device, and even the front side, even though it is split in a couple of pictures. Judging by these images, Meizu will retain the design language they used while making the PRO 5, but will make some subtle changes to it, like with the antenna placement we've mentioned earlier. The antennas will be placed on the top and bottom of the device, and one sheet of metal will connect them. The device pictured here actually resembles the PRO 5 so much, that we actually wonder if the leak is accurate. Either way, we'll just have to wait and see, chances are Meizu will reveal more info soon, and you can expect tons of such leaks to follow in the coming weeks.
The Meizu PRO 6 will probably sport a 5.7-6" fullHD AMOLED display, along with 4GB of RAM (although recent rumors claim that a 6GB variant will also be available). The device will be fueled by the Helio X25 64-bit deca-core SoC, and Android 6.0 Marshmallow will probably going to come pre-installed on this device. Meizu's very own Flyme UI will be installed on top of Google's operating system, and you can expect PRO 6's battery to be quite big as well, we do expect 3,000+mAh unit on the inside.
