Smartphones have become extremely powerful on the inside, and on the outside as well, but there's always room for improvement, of course. A couple of smartphone manufacturers have already either announced or released handsets with no bezel on the sides, Nubia did it with the Nubia Z9 last year, while Elephone did it quite recently with their P9000 Edge handset. Ulefone's bezel-less phone also leaked recently, and it seems like Vkworld will join the pack really soon, read on.
We have received some info regarding Vkworld's upcoming phablet (Vkworld T1) from our source at the company, and judging by the provided renders, this handset will sport no bezel on the sides. Now, it is possible that this render is a bit off in that regard, but the source says that the device will have a high screen-to-body ratio, up to 83%. The phone's chassis will be made out of metal, and a 2.5D curved glass will be placed on top of its 6-inch IPS LCD display, though we still don't know which resolution will it sport (probably 1080p). The 4,500mAh battery will also be a part of this package, and should be more than enough to get you through the day. The device will also ship with two SIM card slots on the inside, and you'll be able to use on of those to expand the internal storage of this phone.
Now, the Vkworld will be available in Rose Gold and White color options according to the provided images, but it is possible that the company plans to introduce additional color, black, for example. These are quite probably not all the variants, only some examples. Anyhow, the phone's loudspeaker will be placed on the back of the device, and you'll notice there are three capacitive buttons below the display, menu, home and back, respectively. We really don't know why some smartphone manufacturers still insist on using menu keys, but there you have it. All in all, this phablet looks quite sleek, mainly because of its screen-to-body ratio. We'll let you know once the company releases more info, we still don't have all the specs here, and don't exactly know when will this handset reach the market, stay tuned.
