Sell your Home with Xome Real Estate

Buying or Selling a home can be a pretty big deal. Lots of paperwork, lots of choices, but Xome is here to help. Xome's Real Estate app here is looking to help you buy or sell your home, and make it much easier. They tout this as the world's "first truly integrated way to buy and sell a home". Xome is here to assist you through the whole process. This includes finding your new home, as well as listing your own home for sale. And everything that comes along with that, including making and receiving offers, moving into escrow and even closing the deal. Now if only they could move your stuff for you.

Xome touts that they have over 100 million homes for sale in the US. And real estate listings are refreshed every 15 minutes. Xome lists single family homes, town homes, apartments and condos, all of which are available to either buy or rent (of course that depends on the property).  You can also contact their concierge service to referred to a Xome agent. As well as request a house showing and also help get questions answered about the process. As is normal with apps like this, that help you find your next home, you can search by your current location - which uses your phone's GPS location - as well as type in a specific address or even a zip-code if that's more your cup of tea. When searching through the map, you can overlay it with all sorts of rich local data including neighborhoods, subdivisions, school districts and points of interest (this includes restaurants, shopping centers, hotels and much more).

Xome also includes a mortgage calculator that will help you determine how much of a mortgage you can truly afford, you'll also be able to review neighborhood school information and the walk score rating. Xome Real Estate allows you to share homes you are looking at using the Android share menu, which allows you to share via text message, email, Facebook, and loads of other ways. Xome Real Estate is available on the Google Play Store now, and the best part is, it's completely free.
