Huawei Honor Holly 2 Plus Now Available In India For $125

Huawei was one of the most successful smartphone manufacturers last year. This company has managed to sell 108 million devices in 2015, and has become the third largest smartphone manufacturer in the world. Huawei has already introduced some products this year, including the Honor Holly 2 Plus handset, which was announced in India at the end of last month. Well, Huawei has announced a couple of days ago that this phone will be available in India soon, and that's exactly what happened, read on.

The Honor Holy 2 Plus smartphone is now available for purchase in India, as promised by the company. The Honor Holly 2 is now available for purchase through Flipkart for Rs. 8,499 ($125), and will be available through Amazon India soon as well. The phone comes with several launch offers, such as unlimited data for 3 months for Reliance CDMA prepaid consumers, and 50% rental discount for postpaid consumers of Reliance CDMA. You can also get up to Rs. 4,000 discount on exchange through Flipkart. Anyhow, the Honor Holly 2 Plus smartphone is available in Grey, Gold and White color options, in case you're interested.

"Holly 2 Plus is a smartphone specially designed for India market with dual SIM 4G support and also one of the only smartphones which supports 2G/3G/4G LTE and CDMA at this same time. Over the last 15 months, Honor in India has strived to come up with products which meet the unmet needs of the Indian customers by localized research and product development. With these new product introductions, Honor is optimistic of providing phones which suit the needs of Indian customers," said P Sanjeev, Vice President of sales at Huawei India.

The Honor Holly 2 Plus features a 5-inch 720p (1280 x 720) display, 2GB of RAM and 16GB of expandable internal storage (expandable up to 128GB via a microSD card). This handset is fueled by MediaTek's MT6735 64-bit quad-core SoC running at 1.3GHz, and a 4,000mAh battery is also available as part of this package. The 13-megapixel shooter (f/2.0 aperture), can be found on the back of this phone, and a 5-megapixel snapper is placed on its front side. Android 5.1 Lollipop comes pre-installed here, and Huawei's Emotion UI (EMUI) 3.1 is installed on top of Google's OS. The phone measures 143.1 x 71.8 x 9.7mm, while it weighs 160 grams.
