Featured: Top 10 Best Tech under $50 for February 2016

There's always some new tech coming out, whether it be a cool new drone, or maybe a wooden Bluetooth speaker, there's always something new. In these monthly top 10's about the best new tech, we try to show off some of the best new items that are now available to pick up. It could be something from the home automation sector, a new smartphone, battery pack, or anything really.

Satechi Aluminum Headphone Stand

Now this might not be the most entertaining thing on this list, but this headphone stand is pretty interesting. It is an aluminum stand, but that's not the best part of this stand, it also sports a set of three USB 3.0 ports. Allowing you to also charge your smartphone, or your tablet, smartwatch, or anything really, that uses a USB port. Not only does it look good, but it's also multi-functional.

Ankway 5-Port USB Hub and Surge Protector

This would be a great addition to any desk. This surge protector from Ankway features 5 USB ports, but also two outlets, allowing easy and quick access to power, without having to plug something in to the wall (and if you're crazy about cable management, that could be an issue). We actually reviewed this product from Ankway last year - so it's not that new, but still pretty new - and we absolutely loved it.

I3C Wooden Bluetooth Speaker

Now this Bluetooth speaker would definitely add some style to your desk or anywhere in your home or office. This I3C Wooden Bluetooth speaker is pretty small. Actually it's really small. Which means the battery is really small as well, touting about 3 hours of continuous use. Luckily you can charge it pretty easily with the typical micro USB cable.

Rotibox Wireless Bluetooth Beanie Hat Cap

Wearable tech has become pretty popular these days. And even beanie's now have Bluetooth connectivity. So when it's nice and cold outside, you can still listen to your music while you're on the go. Making things great for everyone. There is also a microphone inside, so you could actually take a call through your beanie. Now how cool would that be?

Samson Meteorite USB Condenser Microphone

This USB microphone is another great one to pick up. Also under $50. It's a small and compact microphone that will be great for meetings, or recording audio for a video or anything else. It's nice and small and can travel pretty much anywhere with you. Making it a great choice for the Best Tech under $50.

iDevices Kitchen Thermometer

This kitchen thermometer from iDevices is a great one to pick up. It will connect via Bluetooth to your smartphone so you can see the temperature and such. It's great for finding out the temperature of the grill or the stove top. Especially important for cooking meat and other foods to perfection. This is not good for checking the temperature of a Turkey to see if it's done cooking however.

Misfit Wearables Flash

The Misfit Flash is another great piece of tech, this time in the form of a fitness tracker. The Misfit Flash is small and lightweight, but will still count your steps, calories burned, your sleeping pattern and so much more. Currently it's the cheapest fitness tracker on the market. The Misfit Flash also comes in a slew of colors.

Jawbone UP Move

This fitness tracker from Jawbone is a bit different. Instead of wearing it on your wrist, this one clips onto your belt or your pants to track your steps, calories burned and such. It still works quite well, and also syncs with Jawbone's UP app which is available for both Android and iOS. The UP Move is also available in a few colors, similar to the Misfit Flash listed above.

Satechi Desk Mat

This here will add a bit of style to your desk, as well as eliminate the need for a mouse pad on some surfaces. It's a 24-inch by 24-inch mat that is available in a few different colors as well as a few different materials. This is a great addition to a glass table, where things could be a bit uncomfortable if you are working for hours on end.

Anker Lumos LED Desk Lamp

Anker went out and did more than just creating a LED desk lamp here. Because we already have a ton of those. What we have here is a desk lamp with a built-in USB port. Allowing you to charge your smartphone with ease, while also lighting up your desk with this LED lamp. Best of all, it comes in at under $50 right now.
