Asus has introduced their ZenFone 2 handsets back in January last year. The ZenFone 2 with 4GB of RAM was quite a surprise for everyone who attended CES, and this device is still a solid buy. You can get it for around $230 now, and it’s unlocked. You not only get 4GB of RAM and a 5.5-inch 1080p display here, but a very good looking Intel-powered smartphone. 9. Xiaomi Mi 4C



Xiaomi has introduced quite a few devices this year, and the Mi 4C is one of the best ones. Now, keep in mind that this is considered to be a budget smartphone, and for such a device, its specs and price are spot on. The Mi 4C sports a 5-inch 1080p display, 2 / 3GB of RAM and 16 / 32GB of internal storage.
