Phiaton Brings Fresh Features To Audio With New Headphones

Today during CES 2016, Phiaton has unveiled a range of new headphone products coming to market this year which aim to bring some fresh new features to the experience of audio, whether that's listening to music or watching videos. Included in the announcement are a set of wireless headphones as well as a pair of wired earphones so there's something for both wired and wireless camps no matter your preference. Those unveiled today were the BT 460 wireless headphones and the MS 300 BA wired earphones, both of which feature an elegant minimalist style and boasted impeccable audio quality.

The BT 460 are Phiaton's new wireless headphones featuring touch interface controls for management of music, volume, and calls with minimal effort. They also feature an intelligent pause/play feature which allows the headphones to tell the difference between when a user is wearing the headphones and when they're not. When you take the headphones off, the Phiaton BT 460 will automatically pause your audio, and play it when you put them back on making it so you don't have to fiddle with pausing tracks manually. Those are just a couple of features as the headphones also come with aptX technology for better digital streaming, as well as the ability to alert users to incoming calls by way of a vibration notification. The Phiaton BT 460 work off of Bluetooth 4.0 for a connection to stream audio from a device. If the battery dies however, users can continue listening thanks the Everplay-X feature and simply by plugging in the included 3.5mm audio port into both the headphones and the connected device. Users can also share the audio they're listening to with another person with the Phiaton ShareMe connection.

As for Phiaton's new wired earphones, the MS 300 BA may not support Bluetooth technology but they do tend to keep things nearly as simple thanks to the tangle-free, oval-shaped cord. Much like the BT 460, the MS 300 BA can also be used for both calls and audio playback, and the inline mic and remote controls on the wire make it possible to pause or play audio, and accept calls effortlessly. Both the Phiaton BT 460 as well as the Phiaton MS 300 BA will be available to pick up from Amazon for $249 and $99 respectively.
