Finding a new apartment can be a pretty daunting task. Even more daunting if you're moving to a new state or even a new country. However, there are many tools out there available to you that will help ease the process. Available on Android, there are tons of apps to help you find your next apartment.

Apartments.com

Perhaps the most popular website, Apartments.com, for finding a new apartment also has a great app available for Android. Apartments.com can find you a new apartment, condo and even a house that's available for rent. You'll see the amenities, features, and pictures of the apartment you're looking at, not to mention the floor plan.

Apartment Finder

With Apartment Finder, you're able to find Apartments across the US. Unfortunately it doesn't work outside of the US right now. It also includes map-based pricing tools. Apartment Finder features full video floor plans as well as the standard images of the floor plan for each apartment. Not to mention there are 3D walk-throughs of the apartment you're looking at.

Trulia Rent Apartments & Homes

Trulia isn't much different from the other apartment finding apps listed here, however you can find your next apartment or home here. Trulia features a great looking UI, making it easy to find the apartment you want. Additionally you can choose how large of a search area you are using to find your new apartment.

Zillow Rentals

Zillow is another great app for finding your next place. It is optimized for tablets, something that not every app is optimized for. Like some of the others listed here, you can also draw your own custom search boundary for finding a new place to live. When you find a place you like, you can then contact the landlord and get more information from within the app.

Zumper - Apartment Finder

There are over a million fresh listings on Zumper. You can quickly find the best apartment for you in your price-range from the Zumper app. You can search by zip code, address and cities. Zumper is also offering a $5 credit when you pay with Android Pay which isn't a huge discount, but it's still a discount.

cPro Craigslist Mobile Client

Craiglist is also a great place to search for a home or apartment for rent. And cPro is a great mobile client for Craigslist to find your next place to live - along with many other things. It includes  a map browser, gallery and a way to search multiple cities at the same time. Making things much easier.

Rent.com

Find your next apartment with Rent.com. With the app for Android, you're able to filter results by price, the number of bedrooms, bathrooms and much more. You are able to search for apartments anywhere in the country, as well as view floor-plans, pictures and videos of the apartment you're looking at moving into.

RadPad: Apartments for Rent

One of the unique features of RadPad is the ability to quickly instant message the landlord of the property you're interested in. Being able to quickly ask questions about the property is always important. On top of that you can also view images of the property, as well as videos. The app also includes filters for finding the perfect place to live.

HotPads Apartments & Rentals

Like many of the other apps in this list, HotPads can help you find the best apartment for you to move into. You are able to search a number of different cities across the US, and sort the results by distance as well as by pricing, so you can get the best price. You can also save your search and come back to it later on.

Apartments by Apartment Guide

Apartment Guide is another pretty popular site for finding a new place to live. Apartment Guide allows you to search in many cities and towns across the country and then filter them by price. Apartment Guide can show you pictures of the property, as well as videos and floor-plans of the apartments of condos you are looking at. Another popular feature here is the ability to take a 360-degree tour of the property.
