Speakers are a pretty important part of a home entertainment system. You can’t expect to get great sound for watching movies, TV shows, and such with crappy speakers. They also make a pretty good holiday gift, for those that might still be left on your list. Speakers also come in all shapes and sizes, as well as prices. Let’s check out a few of our favorites.
Harman Kardon Soundsticks III
These speakers from Harman Kardon – who are known for their excellent sound quality – are absolutely amazing looking. These are their Soundsticks III, and they would look great on either side of a TV or even on your desk. They do also come with a subwoofer, for even better sound. The Soundsticks III come with touch control for volume, mute and power, making the experience pretty freaking cool.Harman Kardon Soundsticks III
You know how I said in the beginning of this article that speakers come in all shapes and sizes, here’s another example, the JBL Clip+. This is a pretty small Bluetooth speaker that has a carabiner clip, allowing you to clip it to virtually anywhere. Definitely a nice feature to have, as you could even clip it to a Christmas tree and have it playing Christmas carols. Sounds cool right? It’s also Bluetooth so it can connect to virtually any device wirelessly, including a smartphone, tablet laptop and many other devices. It also boasts about 10 hours of battery life, not bad when you consider the size of this speaker.JBL Clip+
The UE or Ultimate Ears, Megaboom is another one of our favorite Bluetooth Speakers. It sports 360-degree sound, and outputs some amazing sound with very deep bass and clear audio. It also boasts around 15 hours of continuous playback before needing to be recharged. UE also has included NFC with their Megaboom, allowing you to easily connect it to your smartphone just by tapping your smartphone on the speaker. Without needing to hunt down your Megaboom in the Bluetooth settings of your device. UE Megaboom comes in sorts of colors and designs as well and looks great on anyone’s desk.UE Megaboom
