Elephone P9000 Lite Leaks With Thin Bezels & Spec Sheet

Elephone has unveiled their high-end Vowney handset quite recently, and earlier this year they've released the P7000 and P8000 devices, both of which are quite compelling. This China-based smartphone OEM will soon release a rather attractive smartwatch which will probably be powered by Android Wear, the ELE Watch. It is also worth mentioning that Elephone has three new devices coming up, the P9000, P9000 Lite and P9000c. The Elephone P9000 is said to sport no bezel on the side, while the second one will have minimum bezel on the sides. Interesting enough, all three of these devices will ship with Android 6.0 Marshmallow pre-installed.

That being said, our source at the company has sent us some additional P9000 Lite images along with the devices spec sheet. Now, keep in mind that this is not a final spec sheet, so some specs might be altered before Elephone releases this device next month. If you take a look at the images in the gallery down below, you'll get to see how thin P9000 Lite's bezels actually are, this makes the device look quite sleek. You can even see it compared to devices such as the ZUK Z1, for comparison's sake. The Elephone P9000 Lite will be the first device out in the market powered by MediaTek's all-new Helio P10 SoC, at least according to the company.

What about specs? Well, the Elephone P9000 Lite is said to sport a 5.5-inch 1080p (1920 x 1080) IPS OGS display along with 4GB of LPDDR3 RAM and 32GB of expandable internal storage. The device will be powered by MediaTek's Helio P10 octa-core SoC (MT6755m), and a 3,000mAh battery will be available on the inside. The 13-megapixel shooter (Sony's IMX258 sensor) will be located on the back of this phone, and an 8-megapixel snapper (OmniVision's OV8858 sensor) will be available up front. Android 6.0 Marshmallow will come pre-installed here with some additions by Elephone on top of it. This will be a dual-SIM handset (2 x micro SIM), and 4G LTE connectivity will also be a part of the package. The phone will measure 148.4 x 73.8 x 8.5mm, and we still don't know how much will it weight.
