Neato WiFi Connected Robot Vacuum Now Available

As much as we might not want to do it, housework needs to be done, and for the majority of cleaning tasks, a good vacuum does the trick. Should you be the pet-owning type of human then you'll understand how much dirt can accumulate in a short space of time. A big vacuum each week can make things feel nice and fresh, but with children and pets a family home can get pretty dirty, pretty quickly. Robot vacuums like the Roomba have been around for a few years now, and even though they're only small and quick vacuum cleaners they can be a big help when it comes to routine cleaning and making your own vacuuming much quicker and less stressful.

Neato, a name you might associate with products like these has just launched their new, WiFi connected 945-0205 Botvac, essentially a direct competitor to the Roomba, this has some advantages up its sleeves. Using WiFi, it's easier to control, even when you're not at home, and as the fairly wide brush is at the front of the D shape, this gets closer to walls, doors and furniture edges. For $699.99 this sure ain't cheap, but if you're the gadget-loving type looking to keep your house a little tidier, then something like this might be a nice investment, unless of course your note lazy enough to be afraid of using your own two legs and a vacuum cleaner yourself.

All joking aside, products like these have proven popular, and be a genuine way of reducing your cleaning time by the time you get home or want to relax on the weekend. Again though, these are pretty expensive, and there's no telling whether or not something like this will continue to last over the next few years, as these Robot Vacuums have a tendency to get clogged up and wear down quite easily. Either way, the Neato is available from Amazon, Best Buy and Enjoy. For $700, this is a little cheaper than some of the comparable Roombas out there, but this is a product that still isn't for everyone.
