Asus, one of the largest Asia-based tech companies, has released quite a few smartphones this year. Asus has kicked off their ZenFone 2 line back in January during CES when they announced a couple of ZenFone 2 devices, including the ZenFone 2 model which sported 4GB of RAM. Well, since then, Asus has introduced a number of ZenFone 2 spin-offs, the ZenFone 2 Zoom, ZenFone 2 Deluxe… and the ZenFone 2 Laser we’re here to talk about.
The Asus ZenFone 2 Laser is a mid-range handset, and it’s currently discounted on Amazon. The phone now costs $199 on Amazon.com, while its regular price is $249. This smartphone is unlocked, and we’re looking at a 3GB RAM (32GB of internal storage) variant here. The phone is available in Silver color, and it ships with two SIM card slots, if you need such functionality.
The Asus ZenFone 2 sports a 5.5-inch 1080p (1920 x 1080) IPS LCD display, 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. The device is powered by the Snapdragon 615 64-bit octa-core processor, and a 3,000mAh removable battery is also a part of this package. The 13-megapixel shooter is available on its back, and a 5-megapixel snapper can be found up front. The device comes with Android 5.0 Lollipop pre-installed with Asus’ ZenUI available on top of it.
