Dead Effect 2 Is A Sci-Fi Shooter With RPG Elements

Games on mobile devices have come a long way in a rather short period of time. It wasn't long ago when we were able to play only simple games with poor graphics and what not, and today, we can play all sorts of graphically intensive titles thanks to very powerful hardware which can be found the inside of today's smartphones and tablets. Well, we're here to talk about such a game, a 3D action sci-fi shooter with RPG elements, the Dead Effect 2.

This is a relatively new game developed by BadFly Interactive, and it's a direct successor to the Dead Effect game which has been available for Android for quite some time now. Interesting enough, these two games are the only BadFly titles you can find on the Google Play Store at the moment. Anyhow, this is a horror sci-fi first person shooter in which you'll be able to develop your character the way you choose. The game is really stunning as far as graphics are concerned, as you can see in the gallery down below.

The Dead Effect 2 actually offers over 100 upgradable body implants, and belonging gear sets which you can get in the game, while there are also over 40 weapons at your disposal, which you can also upgrade. The company says that you'll get 20+ hours of campaign gameplay out of Dead Effect 2, and over 10 hours of special mission gameplay. The game offers gamepad support, so if you have one, you should be able to play this without an issue. The on-screen controls are also available, of course. BadFly also says that the game is optimized for Nvidia Shield devices, in case you own one.

The Dead Effect 2 seems like an interesting title, and if you're into first person sci-fi shooters, perhaps you should give this one a try. The game might seem very similar to Dead Trigger at first, but the two games go in somewhat different directions with different thematics. Also, keep in mind that the game is free to play, but the develop offers in-app purchases. That is pretty much it, if you're interested in trying it out, click the Google Play banner down below.
