BlackBerry PRIV Now Available Through Amazon

There can be little arguing with the fact that the BlackBerry PRIV is one of the most talked about devices of this year. While that might have been hard to predict this time last year, this is the first BlackBerry device to come running on the Android operating system and that alone seems to have been enough to bring a surge of interest back to the BlackBerry brand. The BlackBerry PRIV did officially become available last Friday through AT&T and as an unlocked model through BlackBerry's own site and early indications seem to suggest that the device is doing well. Especially as a report emerged this morning which clearly suggested the demand was said to be outstripping supply and causing all sorts of delays in certain regions. Well, if you are someone who had been thinking about picking up the BlackBerry PRIV and especially as an unlocked device, then you might like to know that it is now available to order directly from Amazon.

In terms of the specs, the BlackBerry PRIV comes sporting a 5.4-inch display which makes use of a 2560 x 1440 resolution. Inside, the PRIV comes equipped with 3GB RAM is powered by a 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 Hexa-core processor (clocking at 1.8 GHz). In terms of storage, the PRIV comes equipped as standard with 32GB internal storage and bucking the trend of most flagship devices, does come equipped with a microSD card slot for expansion when needed. In terms of the cameras, the PRIV comes loaded with an 18-megapixel rear camera which is coupled with a 2-megapixel front-facing camera. The BlackBerry PRIV comes powered by a rather large 3,410 mAh battery and comes running on Android 5.1 (Lollipop) out of the box.

If you are interested in picking up the PRIV from Amazon, then it is worth noting that as well as being in-stock, this is shipped and sold by Amazon directly, so Prime customers can look forward to some super quick shipping. This is the unlocked version of the PRIV and comes in at the $699 price marker. To find out more or order a BlackBerry PRIV from Amazon, hit the link below.
