Limited Time Play Store Sale Sees Games Available For $0.10

When it comes to the world of mobile technology nowadays it seems the terms "expensive" and "smartphone" go hand in hand. With companies making their handsets more premium with each passing year the more consumers want them, but it certainly isn't easy on the pocketbook. That's why whenever you see the words "Google" and "Sale" in a headline it's never a bad idea to at least consider the offer at hand. Just in time for the weekend Google is offering several of its games found in the Play Store at extremely reasonable prices, with some only costing as little as ten cents.

While the games that are on sale for just ten cents aren't exactly premium titles they just might be what you need to keep the kids busy during a road trip or even to keep yourself occupied during the commute to work. One of these games is the mobile version of "Monopoly" from Electronic Arts Inc. If you have memories of spending hours trying to buy the Boardwalk and all the Railroads to crush the real-estate aspirations of your opponents then paying just ten cents for the mobile version is definitely something you should consider. The kids might enjoy "Fleece Lightning" from Chillingo in which you are a sheep that races against other barnyard animals through over eighty obstacle courses.

A game that could be enjoyed by both young and old alike is the popular racing game "Need for Speed - Most Wanted" which is surprisingly set at the price of $0.10 as well when it normally costs a few bucks. All in all this is a fairly typical car racing game in which you can race your chosen vehicle through various courses and against various opponents but it does offer a great playing experience with excellent graphics. Google hasn't specified exactly how long this sale will last so if you think you might be interested in taking advantage of this offer it's a good idea to head over to the Play Store as soon as you can. The list of games in Google's "$0.10 Sale" is not vast by any means, but there are a few good ones in there and there should be at least one thing that appeals to every taste.
