ZeroLemon Launch 3500mAh Soft Shell Battery Case for Nexus 6

ZeroLemon is known for their huge, extended batteries. They had a 10,000mAh battery for the Galaxy Note 4 last year, and as expected it lasted forever. While their batteries are huge, they aren't always the best looking cases, and usually make your phone look like a brick. Although I'd rather have a brick with a working phone than a dead phone. With more and more smartphone makers doing away from removable batteries, ZeroLemon have begun making other products like the 20,000mAh SolarJuice battery pack - which I'm in the process of reviewing right now - and this Soft Shell Battery Case for the Nexus 6.

Sure the Nexus 6 was announced almost a year ago, but it's still a great smartphone, with top-of-the-line specs, and will be one of the first to get Android 6.0 Marshmallow this fall. With the recent price drop from Amazon, offering the Nexus 6 at $349 for the 32GB and $399 for the 64GB, this battery case is still a good buy. It is a case that plugs into your micro USB adapter at the bottom and has a battery inside. It's a 3500mAh battery, so it's not much larger than the 3220mAh that is already in the Nexus 6. But it should be enough to help keep your phone going throughout the day. And yes, it will make your phone look like a brick, there's no real way around that, unfortunately.

The case is actually a soft-shell TPU case, and has four LED lights on the back as well as a power button. The power button is to turn on the battery in the case, so that you can charge up your Nexus 6 with the included battery. ZeroLemon has cut outs for the camera, as well as the charging port, microUSB, power button and volume rocker. So you'll have access to everything here.

While it's not the best looking case, and it will definitely make your Nexus 6 bulkier and heavier. However, for those that have a long day, this will help keep your phone alive and get you through your day until you are ready to hit the bed at night. You can order it from Amazon now for just $35. It won't start shipping until September 11th though.
