Video Possibly Showing The HTC One A9 Surfaces

There has been a number of devices of late that have been subject to masses of speculation and rumors, although, after the turbulent lifespan of the HTC One M9, very few are being as closely monitored as the next HTC device. That said, it still remains unclear as to which device will be the next HTC device. To recap, there are two main contenders, the first is expected to be the HTC O2 and this said to come sporting the next-gen Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor. As this is largely expected to be released later in the year, if correct, this largely confirms that the HTC O2 should not be expected until the first quarter of 2016, at the earliest.

The other contender seems to be the one hitting the headlines more regular of late and this is primarily because it is expected to be released before the year is out. This is the HTC A9, although, it is also being called the HTC One A9 as well. In fact, only this morning, came the news that HTC sent out a teaser on the Chinese social media site, Weibo, which clearly indicated a new device would launch on September 6th. As such, with the rumors that the A9 is due sometime in the next couple of months, speculation is suggesting the September 6 announcement could be for the A9.

Well, to add more fuel to that fire, a video has now popped up online which is said to be of the HTC One A9. To be clear, the video shows what seems to be an unknown HTC device and is said to be taken in a HTC testing facility. What is drawing the One A9 conclusions is that the top right positioned camera is one which matches a previously leaked real life image said to be of the device. Of course, whether this is the HTC One A9 or not, remains to be seen for now. Although, if September 6 is the unveiling date, we are only a matter of days away from finding out. In the meantime, you can check out the very short video for yourself.
