Rumor: LG To Release A New Premium Device On October 10th

LG is doing really well at the moment, the company has been on the right path as far as finances go for quite some time now, and it will be interesting to see what they have up their sleeve to show us next. This Korea-based smartphone OEM has released their G4 flagship earlier this year, and it seems like it was taken in well by the consumers. The company has also unveiled the new version of their Android skin along with the LG G4, and last month they unveiled some additional tablets and an accessory which are being showcased at IFA in Berlin as we speak.

That being said, LG is expected to announce a couple more handsets before the end of this year, including the LG G4 Note which has been leaked in the past. Now, a new leak suggests that the device might launch on October 10th, and this will be LG's second flagship of the year according to rumors. As some of you might know, a mysterious LG V10 handset surfaced on TENAA yesterday, a handset that might be called the G4 Note in the end. We're only guessing here, the newly leaked rumor doesn't mention the 'V10' handset, but it does say that LG's second flagship (G4 Note, or whatever LG might end up calling it) might arrive on October 10th though.

The LG V10 which leaked yesterday is said to sport a 5.7-inch QHD (2560 x 1440) display along with 3GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage (expandable via microSD card). The device will reportedly going to be fueled by the Snapdragon 808 64-bit hexa-core SoC from Qualcomm, the same processor that is powering LG's current flagship, the LG G4. The 16-megapixel rear-facing camera has also been mentioned in yesterday's leak, and a 5-megapixel shooter i expected to be available up front. Interesting enough, the leaker who shared this info also said that the device will sport a secondary display, and a fingerprint scanner. All in all, this seems like a premium device to us, and if today's info is accurate, we'll find out everything on October 10th.
