These Are The Markets Galaxy Note 5 Will Launch In

Samsung Galaxy Note 5 has been announced by Samsung quite recently actually. The company has held an event in New York on August 13th and announced both the Galaxy Note 5 and Galaxy S6 Edge+ phablets. That being said, it was reported that the Galaxy Note 5 won't launch in Europe this year, which is very surprising and odd at the same time. On the flip side, all four biggest US carriers have already announced the availability of the Note 5 in the US.

Speaking of availability, SamMobile has released a list of countries where the device will launch, though keep in mind that this is not a full list. There are quite a few countries listed here along with the respective Galaxy Note 5 models next to them. Unfortunately for users in Europe, they'll have to wait a while until they can purchase this thing. This is a very odd move by Samsung, but we'll see where it goes. As a side note, the Galaxy S6 Edge+ will be available in Europe soon. You can check out the list of countries (and carriers) where the Note 5 will be available (this year) below this article (image), keep in mind that this list is based on available firmwares and is not a final / full list.

The Galaxy Note 5 features a 5.7-inch QHD (2560 x 1440) display along with 4GB of RAM and 32 or 64GB of non-expandable internal storage. The device is powered by the Exynos 7420 64-bit octa-core SoC along with a Mali-T760 MP8 GPU for graphics. The 16-megapixel OIS camera is available on the back of the Note 5, and a 5-megapixel snapper can be found up front. This phablet comes with Android 5.1.1 Lollipop with Samsung's TouchWiz UI installed on top of it. The 3,000mAh battery is also a part of this package, while the device measures 153.2 x 76.1 x 7.6mm, and weighs 171 grams.

There you have it, and once again, keep in mind that this is not a final availability list. It remains to be seen when will the device launch in Europe, but we'll make sure to let you know as soon as some news regarding that pops up, stay tuned.
