One of the features that is probably on everyone’s checklist when it comes to a new smartphone, is Quick Charge. While we’re starting to get more and more smartphones with decent battery life. We still love being able to charge our phone up quickly. And Quick Charge is perfect for that. The Galaxy Note 5 has Quick Charge, and while it doesn’t use a Snapdragon processor, it is still compatible with Qualcomm’s Quick Charge 2.0 standard. We’ve actually tested this with our unit. Let’s take a look at ten great Quick Charge accessories for your Galaxy Note 5.
Anker PowerDrive+ 1
This is Anker’s Quick charge car charger. Usually when you plug your phone in, in the car, it charges quite slowly. But not with the PowerDrive+ 1. It uses Quick Charge 2.0 and can charge your phone pretty quickly. The Galaxy Note 5 will take a little over an hour. Seriously.
Aukey Quick Charge 2.0 30W 2 Ports USB Car Charger
Aukey also has a nice quick charge car charger here. This one is a bit better – also more expensive – than Anker’s offering above. As it has two USB ports capable of Quick Charge 2.0. As long as you have a Quick Charge compatible smartphone, you should get plenty of power in a pretty short amount of time here.
Aukey Quick Charge 2.0 18W USB Turbo Wall Charger
Here’s Aukey’s Turbo wall charger, one of the many Quick Charge accessories that I own. I absolutely love the turbo wall charger. I’ve actually been using it with the Galaxy Note 5, and it charges up really, really quickly. It’s a bit bigger than normal chargers, but you shouldn’t have any issues with it covering up other outlets.
Anker Quick Charge 2.0 18W USB Turbo USB Wall Charger
Anker’s Turbo charger works much the same as the Aukey one listed above. It does work with the Galaxy Note 5 as well, and can charge it in just over an hour, from under 20%. Pretty amazing when you think about it.
iClever® Quick Charge 2.0 18W USB Turbo Wall Charger
iClever also has a Quick Charge 2.0 wall charger here. Like the others above, this one only has one USB port. There are others that have multiple USB ports, however this one is just one USB port. Like the others it can charge the Galaxy Note 5 in just over an hour.
Tronsmart Quick Charge 2.0 18W Home Wall Travel USB Charger
Tronsmart also has a wall charger that is capable of Quick Charging. It also supports adaptive fast charging. So basically it sends as much power to your device as it can handle. Sort of like Anker’s PowerIQ Technology.
Tronsmart Quick Charge 2.0 30W Dual Ports USB Car Charger
Another car charger here, thanks to Tronsmart. This is their Quick Charge 2.0 car charger with two USB ports for charging your devices. Any Quick Charge compatible smartphone can be charged with the car charger from Tronsmart.
Jellasâ„¢ Qualcomm Quick Charge 2.0 Charger
You may not have heard of Jellas before, but they make some really nice accessories, including Quick Charge 2.0 accessories. Here is their Quick Charge wall charger. It works pretty much the same as the offerings from Anker and Aukey. It’s also available in white.
Aukey Quick Charge 2.0 15000mAh Portable External Battery
Outside of chargers, there are also power banks that support Quick Charge. This model from Aukey is a 15,000mAh power bank that supports Quick Charge. Meaning it can charge your phone pretty quickly. But on the other side of that, it also means that your battery pack will discharge much faster.
CHOE 30W (with Most Powerful QC 2.0 Port) Dual USB Car Charger
CHOE also has a dual-USB car charger. Both ports support Quick Charge 2.0, which means they can charge your Galaxy Note 5 pretty fast. CHOE makes plenty of great accessories including Qi Wireless chargers and much more.
