Bluetooth is one of those technologies that we don’t really think about, but constantly are using it. Whether it’s in speakers, smartwatches, fitness trackers or even our cars. Bluetooth Speakers are the more popular Bluetooth device and they work great. Connect to your smartphone, tablet or laptop and you’ve got some great audio for whatever video you’re about to watch, or music you’re about to listen too. Venstar Mini Subwoofer Sound Pod
This Venstar speaker is a pretty mighty speaker, with a subwoofer inside. It supports Bluetooth 3.0, unfortunately it’s not Bluetooth 4.0 on this one. There’s also an internal microphone so you can use it to take and make calls.
Bose SoundLink Color Bluetooth Speaker
The Bose SoundLink is one of my favorites. It’s a bit more expensive than some of these other Bluetooth speakers around here, but definitely worth it. The SoundLink puts out some amazing sound, and has some pretty stellar battery life as well.
JAM Classic Bluetooth Wireless Speaker
The JAM Classic speaker is another one of my favorites. It’s a pretty small and compact speaker, but you’d be surprised by the sound that it outputs. It also has some pretty amazing battery life of around 10-12 hours. Not bad for under $30, right?
Ultimate Ears BOOM Wireless Bluetooth Speaker
Ultimate Ears is a sub-brand of Logitech, and boy do they make some amazing products. the BOOOM wireless speaker is a great one to have around. It is near the $200 mark, but between the amazing 360-degree sound, the battery life and the look and feel of this speaker, it’s tough to pass it up.
Scosche boomSTREAM mini Portable Bluetooth Wireless Media Speaker
This small, $20 speaker works with all Bluetooth devices. It also touts about 7 hours of battery life. Not bad when you consider the size and price of this one from Scosche.
Ultimate Ears MINI BOOM Wireless Bluetooth Speaker/Speakerphone
If you don’t want to shell out the money for the Ultimate Ears BOOM Speaker, the Mini BOOM will probably satisfy you. It’s about half the price, but still plenty of sound coming out of this thing. Plus a ton of battery life. I have one myself, and can normally get about 10-15 hours of battery life out of it easily.
This is another one of my favorites. While the Fugoo Style may not look pretty, it does get the job done. It’s waterproof, and shockproof. It also has three different jackets that you can purchase that makes it even tougher. In fact, you can run it over with a car and it’ll still be fine.
Braven BRV-X Portable Wireless Speaker
Braven always makes some amazing speakers, and the BRV-X is no exception. This is a portable wireless speaker that’s super durable, and it has a built in battery to charge up your devices. So you can charge up while listening to music. Sounds like a win/win to me.
Bose SoundLink Mini Bluetooth Speaker II
The Bose Soundlink Mini Bluetooth speaker is one amazing speaker. It has some great battery life as well as putting out some great sound. If you haven’t had a chance to check out Bose’ products, it’s a good idea to do so. The SoundLink Mini will last about 10 hours on a single charge.
SoundPal Free Spirit Rugged Bluetooth Water-resistant Shockproof Wireless Speaker
This Bluetooth speaker is in a somewhat rare breed, it’s water-resistant but also rugged. So you can drop it, or do whatever you want with it, and it’ll still be good to go. Which isn’t a popular feature with Bluetooth Speakers these days. Additionally, it’s pretty lightweight, coming in at about 12 oz.
JBL Flip 2 Portable Wireless Speaker
The JBL Flip 2 is a pretty plain looking speaker, but it is portable and puts out some amazing sound. JBL also touts it as lasting around 10-12 hours, depending on how loud the music is, etc. It’s a great speaker and priced at under $100 it’s a great buy.
