Doogee F3 Wooden Back Covers Leak Again, F3 Pro Available

Doogee has been teasing a number of their devices lately, and our source at the company has been sending us all sorts of info regarding their upcoming products. This Chinese smartphone OEM is working on a range of smartphones, like the Doogee Homtom HT6 for example, a device which will sport a 6,250mAh battery on the inside. The Doogee X1 will be an entry-level handset which will sport no bezels on the sides, and the Doogee F5 will be made out of Liquid metal. Anyhow, we're here to talk more about the Doogee F3, as we've received some additional info regarding that smartphone, read on.

We already knew that Doogee F3 will be available in various variants, the 2 and 3GB models of this phone will be available, and the 4GB 'Limited Edition' variant will arrive later this year. This time around we get a better look at the Doogee F3's wooden back covers, as our source has provided a number of images to take a look at. As you can see in the gallery down below, the company plans to offer at least two different wood back cover variants. We know that Bamboo and Ebony variants will be available, but the company might surprise us still. In addition to wooden options, the Doogee F3 will also be available in glass back variants.

Anyhow, according to our source, Doogee has actually partnered up with the same company which manufactured OnePlus' back covers, and the company says that the quality is ensured. These back covers won't make the device thick either it seems, according to the available info, it will be only 6.8mm thick. Anyhow, the 3GB variant of the device with a wooden cover will cost you $169. The Doogee F3 comes in two variants, the 720p and 1080p variants. The 720p model is called the Doogee F3, and the 1080p model is named Doogee F3 Pro. The later device is actually already available for pre-order, wooden backs included.
