You'll Be Able To Twist UMi's Upcoming Headphones

UMi is a Chinese smartphone manufacturer which has unveiled their new UMi Iron handset recently. The Iron is UMi's new flagship, and it offers a really solid set of specs, especially considering its price. The device is made out of metal, and is now available for pre-order from various China-based resellers. That being said, we've also talked about UMi's upcoming headphones recently. At the time, all we had to go on was a picture of the headphones themselves and the inside tip that they'll cost around $100, but the details were rather scarce. Well, we have some new info this time around, read on.

According to our source, these headphones will be called 'UMi Voix Blu' and they'll pack in CSR8670 chip, Hi-Fi 40 and noise-cancellation. This is not the only info we've managed to get our hands-on though, there are also a couple of images available in the gallery down below. If you take a look at the second image down below, you'll notice that these headphones are actually very bendable, you can twist them around to your liking it seems. These headphones also have various controls on one side (volume up / down, rewind, forward, play and pause), and are cordless, as you can see. We still don't know if these will be Bluetooth headphones, but that seems like a logical solution. It seems rather interesting that Bluetooth still hasn't been mentioned though, we'll let you know if anything regarding that surfaces.

There you have it folks, UMi Voix Blu headphones seem to be close to launching at this point. The materials seem to be rubberized or something similar to that considering you'll be able to bend them, and it will be very interesting to see how durable they are. Either way, stay tuned for more info regarding both UMi Iron and Voix Blu, we'll let you know as soon as new info surfaces. As a side note, we're running a contest on our website during which you can get a chance to purchase the UMi Iron for only $17.99. If you're interested, keep your eyes opened in the next couple of days because we give away 1 code a day, the first one who gets it, wins.
