Sony UK Store Now Stocking Xperia Z4 Tablet Accessories

Sony's Xperia Z4 Tablet is the next generation of their tablet offerings, evolving ever so slightly to improve in areas where the Xperia Z3 Tablet needed refinement according to Sony. The Xperia Z4 Tablet was originally unveiled back during Mobile World Congress 2015 earlier this year, which many found a shock as they were expecting the announcement of the Xperia Z3 replacement and not a tablet. Many would have expected the Xperia Z4 Tablet to be available now that it's transitioning into Summer, but Sony has yet to officially launch the tablet, and it was just recently discovered that the launch was delayed pushing back the release date to June 29th. The accessories however, are another story as a handful of them can now be ordered. If you're planning on buying the Xperia Z4 Tablet, getting an early jump on the accessories might be a good idea.

As of now Sony Mobile's UK online store is stocking the BKB50 Bluetooth Keyboard Dock, but as noted by Xperia Blog, the keyboard dock is expected to be bundled into the purchase of the Xperia Z4 Tablet when official stock becomes available, so buying the keyboard dock now may be a bit rushed as users could end up with two docks. Sony is also now stocking the style cover case for the tablet for those that want to add a little extra protection.

The style cover comes in two different colors of white and black, and will run consumers a total of £38.99 should they choose to buy it straight through Sony. The Keyboard dock is quite a bit more running consumers £149.99, and the dock only comes in black. When stock of the tablet will officially hit other retail markets like the U.S. is unconfirmed, (however it appears to be available on Amazon for the unlocked international model) but chances are it will be around the same time as when it launches in the UK. The tablet of course will come in white and black models just like the style covers, and will be sporting a 10.1-inch display with Quad-HD resolution, a 6000mAh battery, an 8.1MP rear camera and a 5.1MP front camera, as well as Android Lollipop and a Snapdragon 810 processor.
