More Potential OnePlus 2 Images Leak Out

Very early his morning an image leaked out of what is thought to be the OnePlus 2, OnePlus' next phone and second overall handset. The image appears heavily edited however and was made to look like a stencil filter overlay has been thrown on top so it's a little harder to make out some of the details. As of now a couple more images of OnePlus next smartphone have seemingly popped up, this time with a more clear picture of what we can expect and it would seem there is a picture of both the front and the back of the device. If the alleged images are to be believed, then the OnePlus 2 design differs only slightly from the previous model phone, but will also likely delight any potential future buyers.

Judging from the images the OnePlus 2 may have even slimmer bezels than the OnePlus One, and based on the image of the rear side of the device OnePlus may be looking to reintroduce the wood backs first seen on the OnePlus One Style Swap covers. The wood back is not the only interesting detail on the image of the rear side of the phone though, as it does appear to have a potential finger print scanner sitting underneath the rear facing camera/flash setup, and there seems to be what look like sensors to the left of the camera. It's also apparent that the OnePlus 2 will be running Lollipop out of the box as it appears here, and dual front facing stereo speakers seem to be present as well.

Although they don't give out any details on specs or hardware, the images do give us a look at what the phone might actually look like, according to the official OnePlus statements however the OnePlus 2 will be running with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 CPU and come with USB Type C instead of using the microUSB standard. It's also slated for the unveiling officially on July 27th which is at the end of next month, when OnePlus is holding their announcement event which interested individuals are also capable of viewing in virtual reality. There is just under a month left before OnePlus takes the wraps off their new phone, and although you can see some stuff in these alleged images of the OnePlus 2, the pictures are blurry and they haven't been confirmed.
