Blue Topaz and Emerald Green Galaxy S6 Now Available in UK

Samsung's Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge have been incredible additions to Samsung's already huge lineup of Android devices.  Both of these devices push the tech boundaries of just how powerful, sleek and elegant a smartphone can be, and Samsung launched the device in a number of colors a few months ago as well.  As per tradition Samsung has started to roll out some new colors to the lineup of Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge phones, and of course those colors will be launching in different countries at different times.  We saw the Topaz Blue Galaxy S6 and Emerald Green Galaxy S6 Edge make their way to the US not too long ago and now it looks like they're being made available in the UK as well.

As of today retailers and network operators will begin pre-orders for these new devices with availability to begin July 1st.  We'll start with the Emerald Green Galaxy S6 Edge, which you'll be able to pick up at establishments like Carphone Warehouse, Three, EE, Vodafone and O2 stores around the country.  Those looking for the less expensive but still amazing Topaz Blue Galaxy S6 will be able to purchase the device exclusively from Carphone Warehouse and the Samsung Experience Stores found around the UK.  These colors will be available until the 12th of August, or likely until supplies last.

Samsung has been quite good about supporting the Galaxy S6 and very quickly too.  Samsung's theme store has been updated weekly with new and interesting themes that completely change the look of your Galaxy S6 or S6 Edge when you want to.  In addition to that Samsung fairly quickly brought the device up to Android 5.1.1 Lollipop from the Android 5.0 Lollipop that it launched with, showing their commitment to getting device updates out regularly and on time.  The past couple of years have seen Samsung as one of the leaders in keeping flagship devices updated and that doesn't appear to be slowing down any time soon.  Those interested in the new colors can check out their preferred carrier's website or local store for more information.
