Xiaomi Launches New Accessories For Mi 4 Line India

Xiaomi really made an impression on everyone this year, the company has announced quite a few smartphones accompanied by a number of smart gadgets. Xiaomi has actually unveiled a new mid-range handset for the Indian market quite recently, which is also the first Xiaomi-branded handset to be launched outside of China first, every other smartphone by this company was unveiled in China first and was rolled out to other markets after that. The device in question is the Mi 4i, which is actually really well-specced and well-built, not to mention that it's really affordable as well ($205).

That being said, Xiaomi has just announced some accessories in India for both the Mi 4i and the original Mi 4. The company has announced three accessories in India, the Wood Back Cover for the Mi 4, and a Hard Case and Smart Flip Case for the recently announced Mi 4i. The Mi 4's wood back cover comes in Walnut color, and it's kind of dark, you can check it out below the article. This back cover also ships with a Mi Phone Holder which will make it easier for you to remove the accessory in case you'd like to replace it.

The Mi 4i's hard case is made out of polycarbonate (plastic) and has a matte finish. This accessory is currently available only in Black color, but it will be available in Blue, Orange and Turquoise as well. The other accessory for the Mi 4i, the Smart Flip Case, sports a PU leather finish and is scratch resistant thanks to a special coating Xiaomi has applied on top of the material. This accessory can actually unlock your phone when opened, and lock it when closed, something we've seen many times in the pack. The Smart Flip Case comes in Blue, Green, White, Black and Rose color options. All of these variants are actually already available for purchase in India.
