Powerskin Brings Penny Pop'n Back!

That's right, you can pick up the Pop'n battery pack for just a penny. Basically, PowerSkin is allowing customers to pick up their popular Pop'n battery pack for just a penny, plus the $9.99 for shipping and handling. So for $10 you can grab one. Which is still cheaper than the $49.99 plus $9.99 for shipping and handling, and a pretty decent price for this battery pack actually. The Pop'n battery packs are available for both Android and iPhone smartphones. So it'll work for most smartphones out there on the market.

PowerSkin states that the offer is available for 72 hours. It starts at midnight on May 14th, and runs through 11:59pm ET on May 16th. To take advantage of the deal just head to their site, and pick one of the Pop'n battery packs and make sure to use the promo code "ONECENT" at checkout. The Pop'n is available in black, pink, red and white, as well as a few other colors.

These battery packs are fairly small, about 2,000mAh in capacity. But they do have small suction cups on the back, which attach to your smartphone. So it's like having a battery case for your smartphone, which is actually a really cool concept. It just plugs into the microUSB port - or lightning port if you are using an iPhone - and charges right up. Pretty easy to use. It doesn't fir the phone exactly, so you are still able to use the camera on the back, which is a good thing.

While the PowerSkin Pop'n Battery Pack may not be as useful as some of Anker's battery packs or even EC Technology. It will get you some power in a pinch. Especially if you're walking through an airport, using the Pop'n battery pack is much more efficient than having a cord coming out of your bag to charge your phone. Or to be carrying a big brick with your phone. As it is much lighter.

This sale does run for just 72 hours, but it might end early if they run out of inventory, so make sure you grab yours before they are all gone.
