InFocus M330 Now Available In Limited Black Edition; Octa-Core SoC And 2GB Of RAM In Tow

InFocus is an Oregon-based company which, interestingly enough, sells their devices in India. This smartphone OEM has released a number of smartphones in India thus far, and on April 6 their M330 mid-ranger got listed on Snapdeal. The M330 is a solid offering by InFocus, and the company has decided to offers yet another variant of this device in India. The Black Variant of InFocus M330 is identical to the original, but it comes in a different color, of course. Anyhow, let's see what this handset has to offer.

The Black Edition of InFocus M330 features a 5.5-inch 720p (1280 x 720) IPS display with Corning's Gorilla Glass 2 protection on top of the panel itself. This handset is powered by MediaTek's MT6592 octa-core chip running at 1.7GHz along with a Mali 450 GPU. 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage are included here, and you can also expand the storage via a microSD card. The 13-megapixel snapper is located on the back of this handset, while there's an 8-megapixel shooter available up front. Android 4.4 KitKat comes pre-installed here with InFocus' InLife UI on top of Google's OS. The 3,100mAh battery is also a part of this device, and this is a dual SIM device. You don't get 4G LTE connectivity option, but 3G HSPA+ is available here. The Black Edition of InFocus M330 actually sports identical measurements and weight to the regular model, it measures 78.1 x 53.4 x 9.3mm and weighs 167 grams.

"The Indian consumers have truly surprised us in terms of demand of InFocus smartphones. When we entered the market, we did not want to do flash sales model and wanted to make the phones available very easily. But with the unprecedented response we have received, it is becoming difficult for us to keep supply and demand in balance. Our sale shifted to flash sales model as every time we are bringing new phones, they get sold out in 12 to 24 hours. In this exclusive sale, we have also bought a limited edition variant of InFocus M330 which is black in colour. The back panel of this variant gives additional premium look to the smartphone," said Sachin Thapar, Country Manager at InFocus Mobiles.

The Blac Variant of InFocus M330 is priced at Rs. 9,999 ($158), same as the original. This handset is already available for purchase in India, you can get it via Snapdeal if you follow the source link down below. You might want to hurry up if you're interested, the stocks are limited.
