This past week some more rumors have surfaced which suggest that both Huawei and LG could be making new Nexus devices for this year. While this isn’t the first we’ve heard of rumors pointing towards either company for the 2015 Nexus devices, it’s the first that suggests both companies could each be in for the Nexus device lineup this time around, meaning we could see both Huawei and LG Nexus smartphones for 2015. Both companies could be suitable choices. LG because they’ve already been in this position twice with the Nexus 4 and the Nexus 5. Huawei, although not as well-known here in the states, actually has some pretty high-end devices with powerful specs, great build materials, and all for a less expensive price than the competition, which could allow Google to make a Nexus phone with powerful hardware that is less expensive than the Nexus 6.

While nothing is for certain on either company at this point in time, it’s always fun to speculate on these sorts of topics, and we’re interested in knowing if Google were to only choose one manufacturer out of these two to represent the Nexus lineup this year, who would you choose? Huawei, or LG?
