Android Lollipop Update For Mlais M52 Will Launch In A Couple Of Days

Mlais is one of many smartphone manufacturers from Asia. This company is actually based in Hong Kong, and their warehouses are located in Shenzen. Mlais isn't exactly the most popular smartphone OEM in Asia, this is a young company and they've released only a couple of devices thus far. That being said, they're constantly working on releasing new products and updating their already released offerings. Mlais has recently released the M4 Note handset, the Galaxy Note 4 lool-alike.

We're not here to talk about the M4 Note though, but about another device Mlais has released a while back, the M52. This is a mid-range device which is running Android 4.4 KitKat, but that will change soon. The company has announced that the Android 5.0 Lollipop update for the Mlais M52 will land on April 15. They've also said that more information will be provided on their official Facebook page, and we'll do our best to report back if any new developments occur.

The Mlais M52 handset features a 5.5-inch 720p (1280 x 720) IPS display along with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage. This device is powered by MediaTek's MT6752 octa-core processor clocked at 1.7GHz which ships with a Mali-T760 GPU for graphics. The 13-megapixel camera is located on the back of this device, and an 8-megapixel snapper can be found on the M52's front side. 3,200mAh battery ships with this handset, and Android 4.4 KitKat comes pre-installed here with a couple of features added by the company. 4G LTE connectivity is also a part of this package, same can be said for the usual array of smartphone sensors.
