64GB Version Of The HTC One M9 Is Now Available Exclusively In Taiwan For NT$23,900 ($765)

HTC has been really busy lately. The company has launched their new One M9 flagship on March 1st, and it seems like they're preparing to launch a number of new devices in the coming weeks / months. This Taiwan-based company has already scheduled an event in Beijing for the launch of the One M9+ handset, which we've heard lots about. The One E9+ got listed on HTC's official webpage in China, and the One E9 is due to launch soon as well, same can be said about the mysterious Desire-branded device that leaked recently.

That being said, HTC's new flagship is already available in certain parts of the world, Taiwan included. The 64GB variant of the device didn't launch in time in Taiwan, it was supposed to launch 2 weeks ago, but that didn't happen. Well, this version of the device is now available in select stores in Taiwan. This version of the device is sold only in HTC stores and via Chunghwa Telecom Co., Taiwan's largest mobile provider. This version of the One M9 costs NT$23,900 ($765) according to the source. It seems like the 64GB version of the HTC One M9 won't be available outside of Taiwan unfortunately, which is probably not a good move by HTC considering many people actually prefer to have more than 32GB of internal storage. Either way, we'll let you know if anything changes in that department.

The HTC One M9 sports a 5-inch 1080p (1920 x 1080) IPS LCD 3 display along with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage (64GB version is available in Taiwan only). Qualcomm's Snapdragon 810 64-bit octa-core SoC is powering on this handset along with an Adreno 430 GPU for graphics. 20.7-megapixel snapper by Sony is located on the back of this handset, and a 4-megapixel UltraPixel camera is available up front. 2,840 non-removable battery is also a part of this package, and the device supports 4G LTE connectivity. Android 5.0 Lollipop comes pre-installed here with HTC's Sense UI 7.0 on top of it. The One M9 measures 144.6 x 69.7 x 9.6mm and weighs 157 grams. That being said, we've already reviewed this handset, if you'd like to check it out, click here.
