LG G Flex 2 Gets The 'Torture Treatment' In Latest Trio Of Videos

At this year's CES event in Las Vegas in January, LG unveiled their latest Flex device as the LG G Flex 2. As the name suggests, this was a follow-up device to the LG G Flex and again continues the trend of an LG curved body, giving the device a unique look and selling point. That said, the G Flex 2 is not all novelty but instead comes with a decent spec list. Not to mention, this was the first device to be released with the now-controversial Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor. So, if you were interested in a decent spec device with a bit more of an individual look and feel, then the LG G Flex 2 would certainly be a good option.

However, how does the device do against the elements and daily battering that devices can be subject to in their daily lives and usage. For instance, it might be thought that a device with a curved body could be more prone to breaking or bending...further. Not to mention, the device comes with its touted self-healing coating. Well, if you were wondering how well the device would do against mother nature, then thankfully this is where FullMag comes in. Otherwise more affectionately known as 'Tech Assassin'. For those new to Tech Assassin, the guys are responsible for a number of videos showcasing flagship devices getting put through their paces and in slow motion.

Well, the latest to get the torture treatment was the LG G Flex 2 and there are three videos for you to check out. The first video on offer looks to see how the Flex 2 does against the more traditional dunking in water and drop tests. Following on from this, the second video brings a bit more of a hardcore approach by running over the Flex 2 with a pickup truck. Upping the level of hardcore even more, the third video showcases the Flex 2 on the receiving end of a 50 Caliber rifle. You can check all the videos for yourself below. Once you have finished the videos, if you want to see how last year's Samsung Galaxy S5 did during its bout with a rifle then click here to check out the video.
