LeTV is not exactly the most popular Chinese smartphone manufacturer, but it seems like this company is getting ready to launch some really appealing handsets. We've been seeing quite a few leaks lately, showing off the company's X600 and X900 smartphones. The LeTV X900 is reportedly going to be the company's flagship handset and will basically ship with no bezel on the sides, at least according to a ton of images that have leaked in the last couple of weeks.
That being said, the company has sent out invites for the launch event of these two devices. The event will be held on April 14th at 10:30am in Beijing, not April 2nd as previous rumors have been suggesting. The company did not say what will they launch at the event, but it's safe to assume we'll see the X600 and X900 smartphones at the event, and perhaps some additional hardware. Let's start with a lower-end model, the X600 will reportedly feature a 1080p display along with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage. MediaTek's MT6795 SoC will quite probably power on this device and a 13-megapixel snapper will be located on the back of this device. This handset will be made out of plastic it seems, and according to a number of leaks, it will sport thicker bezels than the X900.
The LeTV X900 will allegedly sport a 5.X QuadHD display along with 4GB of RAM for your multitasking needs. 20.7-megapixel camera will be available on the back of this handset, and Qualcomm's Snapdragon 810 64-bit octa-core processor will power on this handset, along with an Adreno 430 GPU for graphics. The device will also offer a premium build according to the rumors, metal materials have been mentioned numerous times thus far.
As you can see, LeTV will quite probably release their mid-range and high-end offerings on April 14th. According to rumors, the X600 model will cost around 999 Yuan ($161) and the premium X900 will be priced around 2,499 Yuan ($402).
