Samsung Galaxy S6 And Galaxy S6 Edge Support Pages Appear On Company's Official Website

Samsung will announce their newest flagship as part of MWC (Mobile World Congress) in Barcelona on March 1st. This Korean tech giant might also announce the Galaxy S6 Edge alongside the Galaxy S6, the much talked-about device with a curved screen on both sides of the display. We've seen a ton of rumors, leaks, reports... regarding Samsung's upcoming hardware and we'll probably see a lot more before the launch event. In the meantime, Samsung has started updating their official website in preparation for the launch next month. The company has already published support pages for two upcoming devices, the SM-G920X and SM-G925X, on their official Finnish and Swedish websites. The G920X is presumably the Galaxy S6, and the SM-G925X the Galaxy S6 Edge handset. These support listing of course don't provide any specifics for each of these devices, but this is yet another confirmation that we'll see two handsets launched on March 1st in Barcelona.

According to previous rumors and leaks, both of these devices will feature QHD Super AMOLED displays, their size is unknown at this point, but I guess they will be 5.2-inches or bigger. Samsung's very own Exynos 7420 64-bit octa-core processor is expected to power on these handsets and the device will probably ship with 3 or 4GB of DDR4 RAM, the latter option is more likely though. Various internal storage options will quite probably be available, and Android 5.0 Lollipop will come pre-installed with Samsung's TouchWiz OS on top of it, hopefully a significantly de-bloated version of the OS. 16 or 20-megapixel camera is expected to be this device's main shooter, and a 5 or 8-megapixel snapper will be available on the front side of this device. 4G LTE connectivity is a given at this point, and we presume that this thing will support the Cat.10 LTE connectivity speeds.

There you have it folks, this is yet another confirmation (well, sort of) that Samsung will introduce two new handsets on March 1st. The company's Unpacked event will commence at 18:30 local time (Barcelona) and the live streaming will almost certainly be available, we'll make sure to provide a link for you before the event starts. Are you excited?
